Shadow View Estates has an approved palette of colors and an approval form which must be submitted to the Board for approval 10 days prior to the commencement of painting.
If the house and trim are being repainted with exactly the same colors now on the house, this will be automatically approved. If there is any change is colors, the colors selected must be from the approved colors list.
The approval form may be accessed by clicking here. If the proposed painting is with existing colors not on the current approved list, this should be noted on the form.

OTHER KEY POINTS:
If the trim color differs from the house color, the trim color may be applied ONLY to the exposed wood portions of houses with flat roofs and ONLY to the fascia on houses with tile roofs. No other portions of the house may be painted with the trim color.
Garage doors must be painted the same color as the house.
All connecting walls must be painted Colonial Revival Tan. The house color cannot be used for walls between lots unless the house is also painted Colonial Revival Tan.
